Our mission is to provide quality human services to children, families and individuals and to develop a blueprint for the financial stability, programmatic excellence, infrastructure improvements and the creation of new initiatives to strengthen the organization to better serve the community.

We're located in Bridgeport, CT, our main building is at 52 George Pipkin's Way and our satellite facility at 500 State Street also known as our Care Around The Clock day care facility.
