Besides our child care preschool educational programs, Hall provides services and support through our Youth Services program, the Hall Academy of Music and Fine Arts (HAMFA) and the Ella Jackson Senior Citizen Center. 

As a settlement house our mission is to provide services that enrich and empower the lives of families, children and individuals in Bridgeport and the surrounding communities.

We are located in Bridgeport, CT our main building is 52 George E. Pipkin's Way and our satellite facility at 500 State Street, also known as our Care Around The Clock day care site.
