Technical assistance is offered in the areas of small business development, identifying opportunities for small, women and minority owned contractors, preparation of business plans and pro-formas, neighborhood planning, housing development and job training.

Our staff with trained professionals to assist families and individuals to navigate the bureaucracy of credit worthiness, mortgage applications, house/apartment search, purchase negotiations, closing procedures, rental agreements and budgeting for home ownership.
