Child Development Program History |
|
| |
| Hall Neighborhood House opened the first child care center in Bridgeport more than thirty-five years ago. We began serving twenty children. Today, Hall serves over 350 children in its child care programs at its two locations, 52 George E. Pipkin’s Way and 500 State Street. In 1995, we adopted the Montessori Early Childhood Philosophy. Montessori gives children chances to choose activities on their own. The Montessori philosophy says children learn best through play and practical experiences. |
