Welcome to Hall Neighborhood House located on the east side of Bridgeport, Connecticut Hall Neighborhood House offers a host of community resources and programs that service the demands and needs of the community.

As a settlement house our mission is to provide quality human services to a diverse population of children and families and to develop a blueprint for financial stability, programmatic excellence and the creation of new initiatives to strengthen the organization to better serve the community.

We are located in Bridgeport, CT our main building is 52 George E. Pipkin^s Way and our satellite facility at 500 State Street, also known as our Care Around The Clock day care site.
