Positions Available –
Teachers – Responsible for all supervision and educational activities in the classroom. This includes planning, implementing, and teaching a curriculum for preschool children as well as conferencing with parents. Education/Experience: Associates or BS in Early Childhood Education or a CDA w/12 credits in ECE or CDC w/30 credits in ECE. Two years classroom experience in daycare or Head Start setting preferred. The successful candidate must be energetic, and have excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills.
Assistant Teachers – Under the direction of the teacher, assists in the educational activities in the classroom and, aids the teacher and volunteers in their assigned duties. Education/Experience: CDA plus two years experience working with young children. High school diploma plus three years classroom experience and, proof of pursuing of a CDA. Daycare or Head Start setting preferred. Good organizational, verbal and written communications skills.
